Don't Complain...Pray!

Do everything without complaining or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe 
~Philippians 2:14-15 (NIV)

This week’s focal point...
There are times when people do less than desirable things or situations happen that we just don't like or understand.  The bible teaches us not complain or gossip about one another...instead pray. 
In action...
David was a master at this principle (read Psalm 55).  When life gives you issues, pray. (Mat. 5:44, Psalm 55:22). After all prayer changes either the situation or you to help you deal with the situation. Complaining about it does not.

Prayer:
Dear Heavenly Father, please give me strength to handle the issues of life.  Instead of complain, I’ll pray.  You said you will never put more on me than I can handle and I trust you.  In Jesus name...Amen.
